At Patchefy, we offer a wide range of custom patches to meet the needs of different industries, teams, and individuals. Below is a list of patch types we manufacture, each with its own unique features and uses.
1. Embroidery Patches
These are the most common type of patches. The design is stitched with threads on a fabric base. They have a classic look and are commonly used for uniforms, clubs, fashion, and branding.

2. Chenille Patches
Chenille patches have a soft and raised texture. They are usually used for varsity jackets, school uniforms, and sportswear. The surface looks like a towel and gives a bold appearance.
3. PVC Patches
Made from soft rubber material, PVC patches are waterproof, flexible, and long-lasting. They are great for outdoor gear, tactical wear, hats, and bags.

4. Sublimated Patches
Also known as dye-sublimation patches, these are used when the design has small details or gradient colors. The image is printed directly on the patch, allowing full-color printing with sharp detail.

5. DTF (Direct to Film) Patches
In this method, the design is printed on a special film and then heat-pressed onto fabric. DTF patches are strong, colorful, and suitable for detailed artwork.

6. Metal Patches
These patches are made of metal materials and are mostly used on high-end products like bags, caps, belts, and uniforms. They give a solid and premium look.
7. Woven Patches
Woven patches are made by weaving threads together, not stitching. This allows for more detail and cleaner text. They are thinner than embroidery patches and best for small logos or detailed designs.
